How to get your valuation certificate?
Step 1:
Enter one(1) valid municipal account number in the provided space. The system will not allow you to enter more than one account numbers on this screen.
Step 2:
Click the Next button to go to the next screen.
If you entered a valid account number in this screen , you will be prompted to register your user account in the next screen. You must enter a valid email address and cell phone number to register.
The system is designed such that it is easy and friendly for you to access your valuation certificate. You will be able to get all your certificates as long as each of your properties has a linked account with the municipality.
